The GLOBAL HUMAN BODY MODELS CONSORTIUM, LLC (GHBMC) has established this website and shall allow access to this website, as an Internet-based collaboration service, USE AND ACCESS ARE SUBJECT TO YOUR STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED ON THE HOME PAGE and the conditions of use of the GHBMC information and data listed herein.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("this user agreement") carefully BEFORE ACCESSING THIS SITE.

All data maintained on this site remains the property of GHBMC and should be considered "Preliminary" and "Confidential". As such, data stored or generated on this website may not be used in any publication or presentation without the expressed written consent of GHBMC.

MINUTES AND PROJECT INFORMATION

All documents and work product maintained on this site or generated by GHBMC including, but not limited to, meeting minutes, agendas, project plans, and project results, remain the sole property of GHBMC and should be considered "Proprietary to GHBMC". As such, the documents and work product may not be disclosed to any non member or used in any publications or presentations without the expressed written consent of GHBMC.
GHBMC fully respects your rights to privacy and utilizes the following practices in regards to any information we are provided or obtain about users of this website.

1. Customer

You have accessed this website as a customer. In order to provide service to you as a customer of GHBMC, we may require you to provide certain information to us. Common items may include, but are not limited to, your name, address, phone number, and email. Any password you supply is encrypted so that you can safely use a password that you use for other services outside of this website. 
We do not share any information you provide to us, including your email and mail addresses, with any companies outside GHBMC. If you wish to be removed, please contact us at admin@ghbmc.com.

2. Online Conduct and Data Handling

GHBMC Contractor's are invited to submit any contribution to this site (including without limitation any text, graphics, video or audio), and are required by such submission to grant the GHBMC rights consistent with the terms and conditions of Contractor's executed Master Agreement; wherever a Subcontractor of a GHBMC Contractor submits a contribution to this site (including without limitation any text, graphics, video or audio), such Subcontractor is required by such submission to grant the GHBMC rights consistent with the terms and conditions of Contractor's executed Master Agreement incorporated into the Subcontractor’s agreement with the GHBMC Contractor.”

Other parties are invited to submit any contribution to this site (including without limitation any text, graphics, video or audio) and you are required by such submission to grant us royalty-free, non-exclusive, and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any such work worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content, consistent with privacy restrictions set forth in GHBMC's Confidentiality Agreement. When you submit any contribution to this site (including without limitation any text, graphics, video or audio), by implication and consent it shall be deemed as providing the GHBMC with a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any such work worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. If you do not wish to grant such rights to GHBMC, by implication or otherwise, than do not submit your contribution to this website. By submitting your contribution to this site, you warrant that: 
•	you have the right to make it available to GHBMC for all the purposes specified herein; 
•	the work is not defamatory; 
•	the work does not infringe upon any law; 
•	you indemnify GHBMC against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred as a result of your breach of the above warranty; 
•	you agree not to disclose account passwords to anyone; 
•	you agree not to share accounts between any two individuals; 
•	data stored on this website is not permanent, and this website should not be used for archiving or backup purposes. All data posted to this website should be a duplicate of data that you safeguard on your own premises; 
•	this website is to be used for GHBMC related transmittals only; 
•	you will not to use this website to transmit any text, image, or other data format that is obscene, pornographic, or contains defamatory material or material that is potentially offensive to any person or group.

3. No Service Warranties; Data Handling

Under no circumstances will GHBMC, its Member Companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, content providers, or other representatives will be liable for damages of any kind (including, without limitation, lost profits, direct, indirect, compensatory, consequential, exemplary, special, incidental, or punitive damages) arising out of your use of, your inability to use, or the performance of this website or the content whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Email

If you would like to revise the information provided to us, or feel that what we currently have on record is incorrect, you may update the information by clicking on Personal Details from your home page.

5. SSL

This website and the terms and conditions of use shall be construed and interpreted both as to validity and to performance in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. Legal actions concerning any dispute, claim or matter arising out of access or use of the website shall be instituted in Oakland County, State of Michigan
